After removing a Windows application from Wine using the wine uninstaller command, you might find it still sits in the 'Other' menu on your XFCE startbar. Even after removing the wine package, and deleting what I *thought* was all of the Wine files, I still couldn't shift mine!

Solution: The files generating the menus are actually located in '~/.local/share/applications/wine/Programs' . Simply remove the ones relevant to the Windows application you have removed, or the whole 'Programs' folder if you have done a complete removal of Wine - the change should take effect immediately, however a restart of XFCE may be required.
